Moreland Altobelli Associates, Inc. (MA) is a full-service engineering and program management firm headquartered in Norcross, Georgia. Established in 1987, the firm is headed by Thomas D. Moreland, PE, former Commissioner of the Georgia Department of Transportation. MA has experienced steady growth since its beginning and is now composed of more than 300 civil and structural engineers, community planners, landscape architects, appraisers, land acquisition agents, surveyors, environmental specialists, and support staff.

MA is specifically structured to serve as an extension of staff for local governments making improvements to their infrastructures and facilities. MA fits together all the skills and capabilities necessary to build a successful project. Designing such a diverse group of projects and working with such an eclectic group of clients has enabled us to grow professionally. We do not simply take off-the-shelf ideas and try to adapt them to suit a project. Instead, we take the time to listen to our clients to determine their needs.
