Historian/Section 106 Specialist - Candidate must be familiar with Section 106 FHWA NEPA compliance documents and have experience in the development of environmental documents for state DOT projects with FHWA and FTA funding. Position involves working with ecologists, archeologists, planners and engineers in the production of CE’s, EA’s and EIS documents. Masters degree required.
Right of Way Acquisition Agent - Candidates must have a current Georgia Real Estate License. Candidates should be familiar with Federal and State acquisition guidelines.
Certified Value Specialist - Candidates must be a PE, certified CVS by SAVE International, and have experience in value engineering process. Also, all candidates must have conducted a minimum of 5 transportation value engineering studies and attended a minimum of 2 transportation related VE classes in the last 5 years.
Materials Testing Technician - Position is located in Cobb County, Georgia. Candidates must hold the Georgia DOT Roadway Testing Technician (RTT) certification and be familiar with all field and lab tests of soil, asphalt and concrete.
Highway Construction Inspector - Inspector needed in Cherokee, NC. Local candidates preferred. Candidates must have some experience with NCDOT.
