Proposal Manager - Must be experienced in answering RFP’s and establishing and maintaining response schedule. Salary commensurate with experience.
Certified Value Specialist - Candidates must be a PE, certified CVS by SAVE International, and have experience in value engineering process. Also, all candidates must have conducted a minimum of 5 transportation value engineering studies and attended a minimum of 2 transportation related VE classes in the last 5 years.
Right of Way appraiser - A right of way appraiser is needed for our Norcross office. Candidates should have Certified General certification and at least 4 years of experience.
Right of Way negotiator - This position will serve much of northwest Georgia. Candidates must have Ga DOT experience.
Sr. Highway Engineer - Candidates must have a PE and 10 or more years of experience in design and review of roadway/ highway plans. This position is in our Norcross office.
